I'm Chris Pardoe, and I'm not your typical personal trainer. I've been where you are - overweight, struggling with food addiction and comfort eating, trying to balance kids, work, and health all at once. I know what it's like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and frustrated with your body.
But I also know what it takes to turn things around. Through my own journey, I've learned how to build healthy, sustainable habits that actually work in real life. Not the Instagram-perfect version of life, but the messy, chaotic, real version that we all actually live.
