5. Medical Conditions and Contraindications

You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns before beginning any programme. Conditions that may require medical clearance include, but are not limited to:

  • Heart conditions or cardiovascular disease
  • High or low blood pressure
  • Diabetes or blood sugar regulation issues
  • Respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD, etc.)
  • Joint or bone conditions (arthritis, osteoporosis, etc.)

8. Professional Insurance and Qualifications

Our services are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Clients under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent and may require modified programming based on their developmental stage.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, CP Personal Training and Nutrition and Chris Pardoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Any injury or health condition arising from participation in our programmes
